As part of our commitment to comprehensive wealth planning, we offer access to insurance solutions including fixed and variable annuities, through carefully selected third-party partners.
While we do not sell insurance products directly, we collaborate with independent insurance professionals and carriers to ensure our clients receive unbiased, high-quality recommendations aligned with their overall financial plans. These third-party relationships allow us to integrate risk management strategies while maintaining our fiduciary duty and objective guidance.
Our role is to help clients evaluate how insurance fits into their broader goals, whether protecting loved ones, preserving wealth, or enhancing estate planning strategies without conflicts of interest or product-driven incentives.
OPWM may receive an advisory fee for the management of insurance products sold to advisory clients by a licensed insurance agent. OPWM works with insurance agents to provide insurance products for its clients, of which in many cases OPWM will charge a management fee.
OPWM advisers may recommend, on a fully disclosed basis, the purchase of certain insurance products. A conflict of interest exists to the extent that OPWM recommends the purchase of insurance products where OPWM’s supervised persons receive advisory compensation.
OPWM does not serve as an insurance agency to offer fixed insurance, fixed annuities or fixed indexed annuities;
- OPWM does not conduct due diligence of the fixed insurance, fixed annuities, or fixed indexed annuities; and
- OPWM does not review, approve, or supervise the insurance agents we work with.
Insurance products are offered through an association with industry licensed affiliates. Oregon Pacific Wealth Management and Insurance industry licensed affiliates are separate entities. Advisory services offered through Oregon Pacific Wealth Management, a registered investment advisor.
